Triangle Facilities Hub

“Kelsey has been a joy to work with from start to finish. She held our hand through all the various processes and made sure we understood everything and were happy.”

— Jess Lolliot, Founder

Sector: Film & TV / Freelancers / Camera Kit & Equipment
Legals: T&Cs, IR35, technical services, IP, insurance, retainers, project-based work

Some contracts need to do more than manage risk: they need to mirror values. When Jess and Alain founded Triangle Facilities Hub, they weren’t just starting a technical consultancy venture for the film and TV industry. They were building a company focused on environmental sustainability and collaboration.

Triangle Facilities Hub came to me as a brand-new business but with very experienced professionals, launching a boutique facilities and equipment service for film and TV productions. I worked with them to shape a master services agreement that protects their equipment, their time, and their climate-friendly ethos. Because when you're trying to rewrite the rules of your industry, your legal terms should help, not hinder.

The ask? Draft a comprehensive but simple contract that could flex between one-off projects and longer-term retainers. I provided full legal and strategic support, including translating legalese into plain English, tailoring liability and insurance terms for equipment-heavy work, and built in protections around client instructions, requirements, and payments.
